Choice Housing is seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor to assist the Head of Planned Maintenance in providing a range of in-house Building Surveying Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering asset management services, managing projects, and engaging with tenants and stakeholders to promote trust. The role involves contributing to policy development and service improvement. Responsibilities include: Deliver customer-focused asset management services. Manage planned maintenance projects from planning to contract administration. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Prepare CAD drawings, tender packages, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure compliance. Administer NEC construction projects and Measured Term Contracts.
