A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for an Administrative Officers working full time 37 hours. Temporary until approximately 31st March 2027. WHAT IS INVOLVED? Some of your duties and responsibilities will include: Core administrative support — managing day-to-day tasks that keep the Specialist Teams organised, efficient and effective. Prioritising business needs — helping the service run smoothly by managing workloads, deadlines and competing demands. Supporting building management — working with the Business Services Team Leader to ensure our workspaces are safe, functional and welcoming. Financial administration — handling essential financial processes to support team operations.
