These are full-time, long-term opportunities for experienced teachers who would thrive in a nurturing, restorative, and inclusive environment.
About the Teacher Roles:
You'll be joining a committed & supportive team who believe in second chances, high expectations, and strong relationships. This roles are ideal for teachers who value connection over correction and have a creative, trauma-informed approach to learning.
Teacher will be responsible for:
* Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to KS2, KS3 & KS4 students in small-group settings
* Building positive relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and consistency
* Creating a safe and structured classroom climate with clear boundaries and encouragement
* Working closely with pastoral teams and inclusion staff to meet individual needs
We’re looking for Teachers who:
* Has QTS/QTLS or equivalent experience delivering lessons in a school or alternative provision
* Can demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and compassion in their teaching practice
* Is confident supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
* Understands the power of restorative practice, de-escalation, and kindness
* Is proactive, reflective and committed to ongoing professional development
