Senior National Account Manager – Wholesale
We’re working with a fast-scaling, premium FMCG brand that’s making serious noise across both retail and foodservice within functional drinks. With a standout products, strong values, and year-on-year growth, they’re now building out their commercial team — and this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact Senior National Account Manager role at a pivotal time.
You’ll be responsible for leading and developing key national accounts across wholesale and convenience — managing the commercial relationship end-to-end, unlocking new opportunities, and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
If you’re a commercially sharp SNAM with experience across wholesale, high street, or convenience.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of national accounts across wholesale, convenience & high street
Delivering against volume, revenue and margin targets
Owning senior-level relationships with key buyers and commercial leads
Building and executing account plans that drive growth and visibility
Reporting into the Head of Sales and playing a key role in wider channel strategy
What we’re looking for:
5 years’ experience in FMCG account management
Strong understanding of wholesale, convenience, and/or high street retail
A track record of owning and growing national accounts
Commercially strong — confident with forecasting, trade spend and margin
Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter, ambitious, and hungry to build
London-based with UK travel as needed
