Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
* Uphold time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
* Basic understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele effectively.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
* Ability to work well under pressure while managing time efficiently.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
