***Personal Assistant to Director***
Are you an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in Clifton?
We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and booking over 400 meetings a year!
2. Act as the primary point of contact between the Associate Director and clients, handling enquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
3. Interview setting up and general administration duties
4. Research (e.g., saved lists / market mapping)
5. Chasing CVs
6. Matching job vacancies to find the perfect candidate
7. Marketing and social media strategy (LinkedIn)
8. Internal recruitment
9. Headhunting on LinkedIn
10. Helping the wider team with logging / advertising
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who would be a positive influence and fit in with the team.
Requirements:
* Proven success as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced office environment.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels, especially senior board members.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other essential software tools.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accuracy in every task.
* Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and smooth shifting of gears.
* Based in our Backwell office – an ideal setting to thrive and grow.
* Recruitment experience is a must; sales experience is a bonus!
