Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
1. Arranging Service Department bookings.
2. Ensuring efficient workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
3. Upselling additional works, and promoting special offers and Service Plans.
Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
* Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS systems.
* Experience in upselling services.
* Full manual UK Driving Licence.
