Role Overview: You will provide essential support to a member of the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Managing incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries Handling email correspondence efficiently Preparing quotations and submitting finance proposals Calculating pricing using structured discounts Coordinating with finance providers and vehicle suppliers Processing customer orders and documentation Organising vehicle deliveries and liaising with clients Monitoring and updating contract details, including mileage adjustments Offering general support to customers throughout their journey Ideal Candidate Profile: Confident using CRM systems and general PC applications Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
