1. Maintain and oversee all administrative support to the Squadron & dependent detachments and be responsible for all G1 – G7 matters. | 2. Ensure MS calendar and plan is in place at Squadron level - administrator for all SJARs and MPARs. | .3. Responsible for all Churchill/JPA pay activities ensuring that all records are accurate and accountable. | 4. Play active role in conducting potential recruits through the selection and enlistment process, with a personal focus on officer recruitment/support. Provide support to the ReMSO in all engagement/recruiting activities where necessary.| 5.Provide input data to CO, XO, Adjt, ROSO and RAO for all returns as directed and on time.| 6. Supervise the Squadron Permanent Staff including the line management of E1 clerks - advising and mentoring where necessary.| 7. Sqn fund manager, administering fund as per Sqn charter & constitution.| 8. To act as sub-unit Security Officer and Data Protection rep (courses to be undertaken).
