Planner Location: Oldham Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 4:30pm Pay Rate: £15.38 per hour Temporary ongoing About the Role To support the planning function by ensuring that supply aligns with demand, maintaining accurate planning data, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve any supply chain or scheduling issues. The role is responsible for monitoring planning activity, identifying potential risks, and ensuring customer and operational expectations are met. Planner Key Responsibility Areas Ensure compliance with production and supply plans to meet customer demand Monitor planning systems and update data accurately to reflect real-time status Co-ordinate resolution of supply or scheduling issues with relevant departments Communicate any changes or exceptions to internal teams in a timely manner Support forecasting processes and highlight significant variances Maintain stock and inventory levels in line with business and service requirements Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth operations Identify and escalate risks that may impact delivery performance Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems Planner Essential Qualifications Educated to A Level or equivalent, or relevant experience within a planning or supply chain role Planner Desirable Qualifications Degree educated in Supply Chain, Business, or a ...
