We're Hiring: Warehouse Operative – Loughborough (Parts Department)

What You'll Be Doing
* Receiving and checking incoming goods accurately
* Picking stock using printed pick lists – from general stock to larger items like exhausts
* Maintaining accurate records and completing company documentation to a high standard
* Keeping your working area clean, tidy, and safe at all times
* Supporting the telesales team by reporting any stock discrepancies
* Setting up and maintaining stock data within the system
* Reconciling supplied and returned parts, providing daily amendments for Accounts
* Coordinating incoming goods, storage, and dispatch efficiently to meet departmental KPIs
* Supporting stock transfers and special-order processing between locations
* Maintaining warehouse quality, safety, and organisation
* Driving delivery parts round Group
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' recent and relevant warehouse or goods-in experience
* Strong stock management and inventory control skills
* Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
* Someone who can use initiative, make decisions, and work independently when required
* A team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude
* High standards of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail
* Willingness to work flexible hours and support with overtime as needed
* A current forklift licence is desirable, but not essential
* Driving License is essential
