Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team, supporting projects across Central Scotland. The Role This is an opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking business delivering major MEP projects across Central Scotland. The Mechanical Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical and wider MEP packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to high quality standards. Working closely with design, engineering, planning, commercial and operational teams, you will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account. Responsibilities include coordinating labour and subcontractors, managing technical submissions and documentation, overseeing programmes and budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will lead and develop site teams, promote a positive Health & Safety culture, support continuous improvement, and drive a “right first time” approach. You will work on complex, high-profile projects within a collaborative, supportive environment with genuine long-term progression.
