To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast-paced, challenging, but ultimately rewarding. About the Role:
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach by working alongside the team, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
* Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration for your team.
* Ensure smooth stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems to drive high standards.
* Strive to ensure stock is available to customers as quickly as possible.
About You:

* Experience with productivity-related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
