This role sits within a core product development team, supporting the safe delivery of complex systems across powertrain, infotainment and advanced driver features, using MBSE/SysML and aligned to ISO 26262.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver functional safety activities in line with ISO 26262
* Model systems, interfaces and behaviours using MBSE/SysML
* Support development of safety concepts and system design
* Produce technical documentation for audits and programme milestones
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams
* Drive safety by design across advanced technologies
Requirements
* Experience working to ISO 26262 in a product development environment
* Strong MBSE/SysML capability
* Background in software-enabled or complex systems engineering (2+ years)
* Strong stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams
* Engineering or Computer Science degree (or equivalent)
Desirable
* Experience with Cameo, MagicDraw or similar tools
* Knowledge of embedded systems or system architecture
* Experience in verification, validation or testing
