The selected candidate will be responsible for:
1. Advising and assisting with client and project demands.
2. Guiding and supporting compliance with H&S regulations.
3. Coordinating and implementing H&S measures throughout all construction phases.
4. Completing administration paperwork and communicating through appropriate channels.
5. Developing strategies to ensure the smooth flow of H&S information during the project lifecycle.
6. Liaising with principal contractors and stakeholders to ensure designs meet safety requirements.
7. Advising clients on project practicality concerning CDM regulations.
8. Managing multiple CDM portfolios for internal and external clients.
9. Collaborating with the wider H&S team to promote a cohesive approach to health and safety matters.
Essential skills, experience, and attributes include:
* Knowledge of construction industry legislation, CDM, and health and safety regulations.
* Qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH Construction, TechIOSH).
* Membership with IMAPS.
