Our Senior Leadership Team is responsible for driving performance and growth across the network, and we are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Personal Assistant to provide essential support.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide direct support to the Operations Director and wider Senior Leadership Team. This role is key in coordinating administration, managing priorities, and ensuring effective communication across our branch network.
The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires someone with excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work with the senior team while remaining approachable to colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, and handling correspondence.
* Act as a central point of contact for branch managers, handling queries and escalating where appropriate.
* Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly business reports and updates.
* Support the delivery operational improvements.
* Manage and track business administration tasks such as compliance, reporting, and documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and information is shared accurately.
* Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a PA, EA, or business administration support role (senior-level exposure preferred).
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of operational priorities in a multi-site business.
