Implementation, nurturing and renewal of contracts Growth of client accounts and service lines consumed Conversion of clients to contribute towards ESG and Net zero targets Deliver extensive knowledge of all service lines Drive and lead commercial negotiations Advanced and accurate reporting for the executive team and board Informative MI for clients Implementation and re-implementation to support contracted clients awareness Drive value added conversations Experience you’ll bring Previous experience in client management at a strategic level including large public sector clients Willingness to travel Understanding or willingness to understand technology and environmental benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence within client organisations Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the client and their operational needs and challenges Ability to upsell and cross sell services Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and customer service Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organised team player Self-motivated and self- directed Strong strategic verbal and written communications skills Strong problem solving capabilities Strong presentation skills Experience of Power BI (preferrable) and dynamic client reporting Team player Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and competitive market environment
