Main Responsibilities As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide kind and respectful care in line with individual care plans, supporting patients under the guidance of a registered practitioner.Your role is centred on the patient—ensuring their voice is heard and involving them, and their carers, in decisions about their care.
