Sales Administrator – 12 Month Fixed term Contract
£25,921 per annum
Your role with us:
The Sales Administrator will support the account manager and customer manager with providing a first class service to our B2B Royal Mint customers by ensuring that orders, emails and complaints are actioned with the SLA’s for the department.
We are looking for people who have:
1. Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
3. A good general level of maths.
4. Experience in a customer-facing role.
5. Knowledge of data management and stock systems.
