Job role: Marketing Administrator
Salary: £12.21ph
Position: Temporary until March
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Part-time 30 hours per week
Harpers are excited to be partnering with a Charitable Trust in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through key administrative tasks. .
Key Responsibilities:
* Create regular e-newsletter using Mailchimp
* Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube)
* Updating company website using Wordpress
* Act as the first point of contact for external partners and customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and company website.
* Keep records and systems up to date.
* Provide responsive support to internal and external partners.
* Assist in organising company events, conferences, training sessions, and meetings.
* Manage external agencies and suppliers.
* Represent the company at events and meetings, providing support to the team.
* Take minutes and prepare reports for planning.
* Help support the finance team by monitoring spending, processing invoices, and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Who are we looking for?
* Experience in a similar administrative role is essential
* Prior experience using Mailchimp is desirable
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
* Professional telephone manner
The successful candidate must be willing to travel around the country to attend events occasionally. Our client is looking for someone to start in October 2025.
