We are now looking for a Learning Architect to join our team and take a lead role in the design and creation of impactful leadership and management learning experiences, from one-day workshops to full apprenticeship programmes at Levels 3 to 7.
This is a pivotal role within our growing design team. You’ll work closely with employers, learners and internal colleagues to shape learning journeys that inspire behavioural change, build real capability, and reflect the distinct context of each client.
The role includes designing from the ground up, to tailoring off-the-shelf content, curating high-quality materials, resources, activities and experiences to create world-class products that bring leadership theory to life in a practical, engaging and accessible way.
Key Responsibilities
* Design learning solutions, from short workshops to fully comprehensive leadership programmes and apprenticeship journeys (Levels 3-7) into complete products designed for impact, application and results.
* Create facilitator resources, digital content, workbooks, tools and templates aligned with accelerated learning principles.
* Translate frameworks, standards and theory into practical and engaging content, learner resources and practical application with clear application and return on investment
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the learning need, the business priorities and challenges.
* Keep up to date with the latest in leadership thinking, trends and learning methodology, constantly improving and innovating formats, methods and styles to keep content fresh, modern and accessible.
* Work collaboratively with the delivery, compliance and operations teams to ensure solutions are viable and scalable.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven background in leadership and management; you know what good leadership looks like and how to develop it.
* Demonstrable experience in designing learning programmes, ideally for adult learners in a professional context
* A track record of creating bespoke, client-led solutions that are meaningful and results-driven
* Deep understanding of how to design learning that ‘sticks’, grounded in behavioural science, coaching, and accelerated learning
* A passion for building resources that are inclusive, engaging and easy to apply in the real world
* Highly organised and comfortable working at pace across multiple projects
* Able to collaborate with clients and colleagues in person and remotely
* Curious, creative and confident challenging assumptions to design the right solution
What We Offer
* Salary range of £50,000 - £60,000.
* 33 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays and extended Christmas break).
* Hybrid working arrangement.
