Role Overview
Based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, the Senior Property Consultant will play a key role in securing new instructions, managing client relationships, and conducting property viewings. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional with experience in valuations and residential sales. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Key Responsibilities – Senior Property Consultant
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, in person, and online
* Win new instructions through effective valuation presentations and rapport building
* Conduct market appraisals with professionalism and confidence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
* Promote additional services such as mortgages, legal referrals, and valuations
* Schedule and conduct property viewings
* Liaise with surveyors, photographers, and energy assessors
* Deliver excellent customer service through regular updates and communication
* Maintain accurate records on the company database
* Develop a strong understanding of the local property market
* Negotiate offers and manage sales through to completion

Package & Benefits – Senior Property Consultant
* Basic salary: £26,000 On-target earnings: £50,000+ (uncapped commission)
