As a Technical Sales Advisorbased in our Basildon Office, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call off’s, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
2. Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
3. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
4. Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role - not essential as full training provided
5. Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft office skills
6. Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment, and support other departments when required
7. Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders
