Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload, carrying out high-quality, child-centred assessments and interventions.
Work restoratively with families, empowering them to create positive and sustainable changes.
Build effective relationships with children, families, and partners to safeguard and promote welfare.
Apply relevant childcare legislation, statutory guidance, and safeguarding frameworks.
Engage in reflective supervision and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent, quality service delivery across the Safeguarding & Support Team.
Qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
Experience in safeguarding and child protection within statutory children’s services.
Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development.
A restorative and child-centred approach to social work.
