Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily and month-end timetables.
2. Ensure daily operational control tasks are completed in a timely manner ensuring issues identified are rectified to manage risks.
3. Collaborate closely with the team and business to provide updates and comms on daily issues.
4. Participate in the knowledge transfer of tasks into the team and adoption of these processes into the current daily activity.
5. Create and maintain operational procedures to make sure they are relevant and up to date.
6. Monitor mailbox for any user queries and promptly answer the questions.
7. Collaborate with wider Platform on a wide variety of issues and system requirements.
8. Participate in team discussions to identify and deliver continuous improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
9. Independently prioritise own development learning new skills and knowledge to increase team capability and capacity.
10. Participate in systems testing to support quarterly releases and project change.
11. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the Business.

What you'll need
12. Analysis & Decision Making: Identifies the key issues, breaking down problems and establishing facts. Uses sound judgement to make informed decisions. Accounting background would be preferential. Analytical approach to data and processes.
13. Delivering Business Results: Energetic, tenacious in the achievement of goals and operates at pace. Strong collaborative working ethic, with a 'can / will do' approach and must be prepared to be hands on.
14. Change Management: Communicates and explains change effectively. Plans and implements changes gaining commitment and understanding, minimising disruption to service.
15. Organisational Awareness: Highly organised with a keen diligence and the ability to prioritise effectively in a demanding environment. Develops and maintains relationships with key contacts in all relevant areas.
16. Bringing Innovation to problem solving: Looks for opportunities to simplify and improve within a changing environment.
17. Advanced excel skills would be beneficial to the role alongside any SAP and Oracle Fusion system knowledge.
Flexibility regarding working hours will be required to support as there is a requirement to operate controls late evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Cover will be on a rotational basis.
