Key Responsibilities
* Lead all kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and service.
* Design and implement seasonal menus for both hospitality events and daily staff dining.
* Inspire and develop a team of chefs and kitchen professionals.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
* Manage food costs and kitchen budgets in line with business targets.
* Work closely with front-of-house teams to create a seamless and memorable dining experience.
* Stay ahead of culinary trends and customer preferences to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior culinary leader, ideally within fine dining or high-end corporate hospitality.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
* A passion for food quality and presentation with meticulous attention to detail.
* Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
