As a Building Surveying graduate, you’ll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways including consulting and design.
You can join the following business areas:
Infrastructure
Help reimagine places and spaces, from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and flood defences. The work includes creating specialist civils drawings, detailed tasks/design, and client-facing roles on complex civil engineering projects. Project & Programme Services
Join the team that delivers project and programme management consultancy globally. We build strong client relationships, share their vision, and help transform potential into reality. You could work on large infrastructure projects with clients such as TfL, Gatwick Airport and Thames Water, or on public building projects from a primary school extension to a historic fortress. Meeting your needs

* a settling-in payment of £2,500 when you join and a further £2,500 when you achieve chartered status or an equivalent level

Our graduate salaries are between £31,000 - £33,500 depending on role and location.

This role may require security clearance, and offers of employment depend on obtaining the relevant clearance.
