We are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager for a long-standing Mechanical subcontractor client based in Central London. As Mechanical PM you will take technical ownership of Mechanical Building Services installation projects typically ranging from 1M to 6M in value. Projects are central London based and mainly commercial refurbishment and fitout. Our client carries out an especially interesting range of work with some long-standing clients and has a particularly strong presence in the City and West End. We are looking for an accomplished Mechanical Project Manager who can: Ensure all technical activities are conducted in a comprehensive manner to meet the agreed specification; Work closely with all team members to ensure that project is designed, constructed, commissioned; Provide a forward-looking outlook to avoid technical problems later; Communicate well with clients in all technical aspects of the project; Work with Project Managers to define technical work packages for supply chain; Always keep focused on the balance of technical and programme delivery.
