Guest Service Assistant (GSA) – Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome guests and create positive, memorable experiences
*
Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel systems
*
Handle guest queries, resolve issues, and provide local knowledge with confidence
*
Manage reservations, room inventory and billing accurately
*
Maintain cleanliness, stock levels and orderliness in all front-of-house and back-of-house areas
*
Work within Food Safety, Licensing, Brand Standards, and Health & Safety guidelines
*
Support with deliveries, daily tasks and team operations to keep the hotel running smoothly

Knows the perfect balance between staying relaxed and staying professional

Clear, confident communicator (English essential; additional languages a plus)

Reliable, organised and comfortable working both independently and in a team

Useful Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
*
Knowledge of hotel systems such as PEP/OnQ
*
Understanding of Food Safety & Licensing

A personal interest in travel or the hotel industry
