We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Bystronic CNCpress brake machines to produce precision metal components. Job Specification: * Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines independently * Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications * Carry out first-off and in-process inspections to ensure part accuracy * Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain precision and tolerance * Accurately complete job cards and associated paperwork * Supervising Junior press operators and providing training * Identify and report any machine, job, or quality issues promptly * Batch, package, and store finished goods securely in allocated areas Person Specification: * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC press brake machinery (Bystronic, Amada, Trumpf, etc.) * Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings * High attention to detail and commitment to quality * Excellent communication and teamwork skills Working Hours This role operates on a two-week rotating shift pattern: Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday Back Shift: 16:00 – 02:00, Monday to Thursday...
