Must have’s
* Proven experience at Marketing Manager level with hands‑on delivery across multiple channels
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
* Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp
* Ability to produce marketing materials using basic design tools such as Canva
* Confidence managing website content via a CMS with minimal technical support
* Experience with social media management and scheduling tools
* Commercial mindset with experience in lead generation or business development marketing
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage workload effectively
Nice to have’s
* Experience working within the Private Rented Sector, lettings industry, or a regulatory or membership body
* Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practice
So, what will you be doing?
* Creating and producing marketing materials for internal and external audiences, including email campaigns and digital collateral
* Ensuring all content is on‑brand, professionally presented, and audience appropriate
* Managing marketing activity from initial brief through to delivery and distribution
* Maintaining a library of reusable marketing assets and templates
* Owning day‑to‑day website updates, including news, guidance, and campaign content
* Monitoring website performance and recommending improvements
* Developing and delivering a strategy to attract and convert approved suppliers
* Managing outreach activity, tracking leads, and reporting on conversions and revenue
* Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to sector developments
* Managing campaign calendars across email, social, web, and other relevant channels
* Monitoring performance metrics and producing clear reports for senior stakeholders
* Using insight and data to refine and improve future marketing activity
* Awareness of legislative and compliance developments within the Private Rented Sector
* Confidence working with external suppliers and partners
