Duties and responsibilities related to the Guest Relations Officer role
1. Greet and welcome all guests, especially VIPs, ensuring a warm, personalised, and professional experience.
2. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure complete satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
4. Maintain guest profiles and preferences to support personalised service and loyalty retention.
5. Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s luxury standards and enhance overall guest experience.
