Responsibilities
* Instruct students on mathematics curriculum tailored to their academic level and needs.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
* Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for mathematics.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and activities.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the maths curriculum.
* Maintain accurate records of students' achievements, attendance, and behavior.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics.
* Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary or secondary level.
* Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents.
* A passion for mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students to succeed.
* Flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving educational needs.
