About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering creative, individualised learning to a small group of primary-aged pupils in a nurturing and structured environment. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and behaviour specialists to support each child's academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to SEMH learners
* Build trusting, positive relationships with pupils who may have complex emotional needs
* Create a safe, structured classroom environment that promotes stability and engagement
* Work collaboratively with support staff and external agencies
* Develop and implement personalised education and behaviour support plans
* Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needsSupport the development of pupils' social, communication, and life skills
* Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare
What We're Looking For :
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Child DBS on the update service.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with children with SEMH needs (essential)
* A calm, patient, and trauma-informed approach to teaching
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* A passion for inclusive education and commitment to supporting vulnerable learners
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
