Our team includes qualified Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, CBT Therapists, Trainee PWPs, and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, all delivering evidence-based interventions aligned with NICE guidelines.
Essential Qualification: A postgraduate low intensity PWP qualification is mandatory. Applicants without this qualification will not be considered.
In this role, you will coordinate brief telephone-based triage assessments and support the training and development of Band 4 Trainee PWP and Band 5 PWP staff in low intensity treatments such as guided self-help, cCBT, and CBT-based psycho-educational courses for depression and anxiety disorders. You will work closely with the Step 2 Lead to ensure high standards in assessments and interventions and help the service meet national access and recovery targets.
You will receive regular clinical and line management supervision from the Step 2 Lead.
