I have been instructed by a well respected firm based in Warwick that are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to add to their friendly and high performing team. Due to expansion, my client are looking for a knowledgeable and hard working solicitor to take on a caseload of private client matters on behalf of a brilliant client base.
The typical caseload will include advising on matters relating to:
1. Wills and LPAs
2. Administration of Trusts
3. Administration of Estates
4. Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
5. Tax and estate planning
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and will be looking to take on a greater level of responsibility within the firm, including engaging in business development and networking efforts, and supervisory responsibilities for more junior members of staff.
Salary: £45000 - £60000 depending on experience
