Receptionist – 12 months FTC
Based in prestigious offices in the Shard London, my client is looking for an experienced receptionist for a 12-month contract. There is the possibility that this could be extended. You must have proven reception experience in a corporate environment and be smart and well presented with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the front desk
* Greeting visitors
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Handling incoming mail and deliveries
* Scheduling appointments
* Maintaining office supplies
* Providing general administrative support to ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
* Booking meeting rooms and providing refreshments
Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.30pm
