This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about performance, creativity and pupil engagement, and who can deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The Role Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons Assess and track pupil progress Encourage confidence, collaboration and self-expression Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines Work collaboratively within the Performing Arts department The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Strong subject knowledge in Drama / Performing Arts Experience teaching in secondary schools Confident classroom management and organisation ECTs and experienced teachers welcome This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position in a supportive secondary school with strong leadership and a positive learning environment.
