What You’ll Do: - Lead our carers co-production approach across Adult Social Care. Work directly with carers, community groups and people with lived experience. Chair the Making It Real Board and strengthen key partnerships. Turn research, insight and engagement into meaningful service improvements. Influence policy, strategy and innovation across the system. What You will Bring: - Strong knowledge of Adult Social Care policy and legislation. Experience of co-production, engagement, and partnership working. Ability to analyse complex data/information and turn it into action. A passion for collaboration, creativity and improving outcomes. You’ll be at the heart of creating a culture where people feel heard, valued and involved in shaping the support they receive.
