What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate care plans for patients within the Adults Community Mental Health Team.

Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse
* Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
* Bring significant experience as a Mental Health Nurse.
