Overview
You will work across a number of schools delivering one-to-one impartial career guidance, motivational group work, and employer encounters with young people.
Responsibilities
* Deliver one-to-one impartial career guidance across a number of schools.
* Lead motivational group work and organise employer encounters with young people.
* Design targeted sessions for students in a range of year groups based on evidence for maximum impact, including digital careers, building resilience, and challenging career stereotypes.
* Collaborate with the school and colleges team to plan in-school delivery and share best practice.
* Build meaningful relationships with students, school leaders and employers to achieve the best outcomes for the young people you support.
* Support the Career Connect mission to raise aspirations and provide impartial careers advice that changes lives.
Requirements
You will need a relevant Level 6 or 7 qualification related to Information, Advice and Guidance for this role.
