Job Description Join a growing and dynamic regional office in York as a Construction Planner, playing a key role in shaping the success of new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £10 million. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have a strategic impact across a diverse portfolio, including Commercial, Medical, Retail, and Office developments.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the effective planning and scheduling of construction activities from pre-construction through to project completion. Collaborating with delivery and commercial teams, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject .
Create and manage baseline schedules and integrate with project controls.
Produce and coordinate pre-construction and live construction plans.
Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to monitor, update, and revise programmes as required.
Analyse project performance post-completion to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
