Job Description
Main Goal
To ensure that all personal sales objectives are achieved/exceeded by driving sales through the existing customer base and new business opportunities. To target both core and non-core products and services into existing customer and targeted competitor account listings.
Responsibilities/Tasks
1. Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and new prospective customers.
2. Understanding customer requirements and translating this into an offering which will work well and in turn ensuring repeat business.
3. Account management- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and existing customer relationships in person and via telephone calls and emails.
4. Working collaboratively with other team members and the wider Kyocera UK Group business to ensure that customer orders are delivered within agreed timeframes.
5. Location: Field based- the expectation is a mixture of visiting client sites, office working and working from home as appropriate.
6. To target and systematically approach competitor accounts to win new business in order to increase Annodata’s market share.
