Job Summary: We seek a highly motivated B2B Telephone Sales Specialist to join our team and unlock your potential. In this position, you will drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, manage, and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, collaborating with the sales manager to advance the sales process.
* Efficiently utilise our CRM management system to organise and schedule appointments effectively.
* Prepare sales assets and briefs to empower our executives to deliver impactful client interactions.
* Generate regular reports on sales activities and outcomes, providing timely updates to the sales manager weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
* Identify opportunities to create new sales enablement assets that enhance the success of our sales efforts.
* Possess excellent command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide necessary support to the sales executive team as required.
Requirements:
* Telesales experience or good communication skills
* Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, demonstrating flexibility, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with initiative.
* Proficiency in IT, including knowledge of office software and experience working with CRM and stock control systems.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new tasks.
