Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Materials Controller at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales!

Purolite is seeking a Materials Controller who will work within the UK operations team and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the Llantrisant site & activities.

What you’ll do:
8. Raw materials management & planning
9. Inventory control - Logging and data management of production materials
10. End of week/month/quarterly/annually inventory reporting – drive stock accuracy
11. Drive continuous improvement in our inventory control
12. Manage the arrival and delivery of tankers on site
13. Liaise with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of inventories
14. System stock checks. managing raw material volumes
15. Scada system utilisation. data gathering in order to create reports
16. Inter team communication to make sure the team achieve goals and hit targets
17. Forecasting of delivery and collection of raw materials & waste
18. Create, manage and divulge waste management reports - weekly
19. Liaise with 3rd parties who supply consumables to the business
20. Ordering and internal management of manufacturing parts
What you'll need:
21. Data analysis - high level of attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
22. Confident and competent at Microsoft Office essential
23. SAP knowledge and experience desirable
24. Root cause analysis experience
25. Analytic mindset
26. Stakeholder management at all levels throughout the business
27. Ability to work alongside and influence a multitude of internal teams
28. Scada knowledge beneficial but not necessary
