Join Mott MacDonald as an HR Shared Services Administrator. This role supports the global HR team, working from our city‑centre office and taking on occasional travel to alternate branches.
Overview
As part of the HR Shared Services team you will support the full employee lifecycle, using Mott MacDonald MyHR and other HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Case management through the Mott MacDonald MyHR system (e.g. reference requests, contractual changes, family‑friendly requests, resignations, new starters, probation).
* Answer calls to the HRSS team in a timely manner.
* Become familiar with the requests that come through to the HRSS inbox and understand how to process them.
* Process accurate information within multiple HR systems.
* Complete monthly and ad‑hoc reports such as audit reports, payroll reports, starters/leavers, long service awards.
* Support ad‑hoc tasks and projects when requested.
* Conduct monthly 1‑2‑1s through Connect People.
Candidate Specification – Essential
* Strong administration background.
* Customer‑experience orientation.
* Experience in a process‑driven environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word).
* Knowledge of GDPR and data‑privacy principles.
* Experience handling a busy inbox, preferably using ServiceNow.
