Due to increased business and growth, they are now recruiting for a CNC Turner with ideally, ideally, Programming, Setting and Operating experience to join and be part of their manufacturing workshop team. The CNC Turner will be programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes. You will work with Fanuc-controlled machines, programming directly at the machine. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Programme, set, and operate turning centres with live tooling, Set and Operate CNC lathes using Fanuc control system. Operate 5 Axis CNC machining centre with 8 Pallet AWC. Select appropriate tools and machine settings. Set and operate manual milling, turning, and grinding machines-Training will be provided This is a summed-up list, and other responsibilities and duties will be required. Skills & Experience required: Relevant experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes with Fanuc controls. Ability to programme, set, and operate CNC lathe machines, including set up of tooling. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings. Understanding of engineering tolerances.
