Jewson are looking for a Senior Customer Service Assistant (Sales) to join the successful, supportive team at their Swindon Kembrey St branch. Working hours: 07.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 - 12.00 every other Saturday. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise and support the customer service team, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance. Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices. Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Analy s e customer feedback and service trends to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
