We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation and other strategic IT initiatives for a well-established, £500m turnover business based in South Yorkshire.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can manageplex projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive transformation across business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP and related IT systems
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
3. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
4. Align IT solutions with finance, procurement, andmercial processes
5. Drive change management and user adoption strategies
6. Ensurepliance with internalernance and data security standards
What We’re Looking For:
7. Proven experience delivering ERP implementations inplex environments
8. Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes
9. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills
10. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
11. Relevant certifications ( PMP, ITIL, Agile) are desirable
12. Experience of delivering similar projects in a manufacturing, construction, engineering or related industry.
