The organisation believes in helping others, community, collaboration, excellence, and joy.This is a senior leadership position with wide-ranging responsibilities, including overall leadership and management of the organisation, including finances, staff, funding, programme delivery, and advocacy; creating and implementing the organisation’s strategic business plan, meeting legal, financial, funding, and operational objectives; nurturing a collaborative, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture; and, ensuring that the voice of Scotland’s youth theatre arts sector is always at the heart of what Youth Theatre Arts Scotland does.YTAS are looking for someone who inspires trust and confidence, bringing people together around shared goals, and nurturing a healthy, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture. You should be an experienced and inspiring team leader, with a track record of managing organisations, programmes, or teams. You will know how to recruit, develop, and support staff, creating conditions for people to thrive.
